Mist eliminator What is the working principle of the demister？
The demister is used to separate the liquid droplets of the gas entrainment in the tower, so as to ensure the mass transfer efficiency, reduce the valuable material loss and improve the operation of the post compressor, generally, the mist eliminator is usually set up on the top of the tower. The mist droplets of 3--5um can be effectively removed. If a mist eliminator is installed between the trays, the mass transfer efficiency of the tray can be ensured, and the space between plates can also be reduced. The mist eliminator works parallel to the cross section of the tower. The flue gas is vertical through the demister channel, and the moisture and solid substances contained in the flue gas are removed during the modification process of the corrugated plate, so as to achieve the purpose of purification.
