Principle of FRP mist eliminator

The flue gas is separated from the liquid droplets in the air flow under the action of the inertia force and gravity through the bending channel of the demister. The flue gas after the desulphurization is flowing through the demister at a certain speed. The smoke is quickly and continuously changes the direction of movement. The fog droplets in the flue gas impact the foggy mist eliminator blade because of the effect of centrifugal force and inertia. The fog drops gather to form water and fall into the slurry pool because of gravity. The gas and liquid separation is realized, which makes the fume through the mist eliminator discharge after the mist removal.
