绥化玻璃钢除雾器为什么除雾达不到预期效果...
并不是所有的除雾器都是能达到预想的结果的，有的时候如果清晰不当的话也是会出问题的，比如所容易造成叶片的结垢的，造成FGD系统的整体瘫痪的。
一般如果除雾器除雾效果差的话会进入GGH的净烟气中有包含石膏颗粒或者是尘粒液滴的，这样会导致GGH的结垢堵塞的。
究其原因有几个方面的原因：
1.原烟气流经电除尘器后进入FGD系统烟气中的剩余粉尘。
2.经除雾器后净烟气携带的含有石膏颗粒及尘粒液滴在GGH受热面表面蒸发结晶的产物。原烟气中携带粉尘较易清除，且目前火力发电机组所配备的除尘器一般均能满足FGD系统运行需求。
综上所述，除雾器运营不当或者是除雾效果变差等都会造成湿法脱硫中GGH堵塞的，这是主要的原因。
绥化玻璃钢除雾器主要是由波形叶片、板片、卡条等固定装置组成，在湿法脱硫，吸收塔在运行过程中，易产生粒径为10--60微米的“雾”，“雾”不仅含有水分，它还溶有盐等，同时也造成风机、热交换器及烟道的玷污和严重腐蚀，因此，湿法脱硫工艺上对吸收设备提出除雾的要求，被净化的气体在离开吸收塔之前要除雾。

The two stage mist eliminator is washed by one layer and the same level as hydraulic pressure. The reverse side does not wash, so as not to cause two times to carry.
